Day 1
Breakfast:
- One cup of Tea or coffee (No sugar or milk)
- 1 small apple
- One piece of brown bread
- Peanut Butter (or Almond butter) 2 table spoon
Lunch:
- One cup of Tea or coffee (no sugar or milk)
- Half cup of Tuna
- One piece of brown bread
Dinner:
- Any types of wheat (about 3 oz)
- One cup of bean
- One cup of vegetable
- One small apple
- One cup of yogurt
Day 2
Breakfast:
- One cup of Tea or coffee (no sugar or milk)
- One egg
- Half banana
- One piece of brown bread
Lunch:
- Small block of cheese (3 oz)
- 5 pieces of salty cracker
Dinner:
- 2 pieces of Hot dog
- One cup of Broccoli
- One cup of carrots
- ½ piece of banana
- 1 cup of yogurt
Day 3
Breakfast:
- One cup of Tea or coffee (no sugar or milk)
- 5 pieces of salty cracker
- 1 piece of cheese
- 1 small apple
Lunch:
- 1 egg
- One piece of brown bread
Dinner:
- One cup of Tuna
- One cup of vegetable (assorted)
- One cup of cauliflower
- 1 small apple
- 1 cup of yogurt
Don’t change any type of above, only add sea-salt or pepper as spices
3 days is one course
After one course, can eat as usual but don’t over eat.
After 4 days usual meal, continue to start the 3 days diet on and on.
After 1 month, you should lose 40lbs.
P.S. No junk food between meals. No change on any items of above diet programme.

午餐:
- 小塊乳酪(3盎司)
- 鹹薄脆餅乾五片
晚餐:
- 熱狗2個
- 一杯西蘭花
- 一杯紅蘿蔔
- 半隻香蕉
- 一杯乳酪
第三天
早餐:
- 一杯茶或咖啡(沒有糖或牛奶)
- 鹹薄脆餅乾5片
- 一 片芝士
- 一 個小蘋果
午餐:
- 一隻蛋
- 全麥或小麥麵包一片
晚餐:
- 一杯金槍魚
- 一杯菜(被分類)
- 一杯花椰菜
- 一個小蘋果
- 一杯乳酪
不要改變上述任何類型的食物,只有加海鹽或胡椒作為香料
3 天是一個療程
在一個療程以後,和平常一樣吃,但不能吃太多。
在 4天通常膳食以後,繼續開始3天的療程。
在 1個月以後,您應該丟失40磅。
注 意:在飯食之間, 沒有不營養的食物。 不要變動療程裹的任何食物。
